Smart transmitters, done right

CML Enterprises provides pressure, temperature and electronic transmitter calibration services and certification using high-accuracy, all-in-one Beamex MC6 calibration equipment. The MC6 combines calibrator and communicator, so we can test the analog output and work with the transmitter’s digital configuration in one setup. All calibration and certification is traceable to NIST.

For every transmitter we perform inspections, initial (as-found) tests and a full multi-point calibration. With extensive transmitter knowledge, we can repair and offer solutions for transmitters that no longer meet the necessary standards.

Field-proven on critical systems

CML supplies Argonne National Laboratory with valves and instrumentation and provides ongoing calibration service there. At Argonne, CML calibrated differential pressure transmitters on critical systems used to protect personnel and equipment — inside the tight window of a facility that runs 24/7. On another Argonne project, our team calibrated several unique pressure transmitters of varying types, many in difficult-to-reach locations, over two days.
